Membership Categories

We are pleased to offer seven different member categories and three sub-categories, with varying prices to allow you to select the membership that fits you best and your representation!   Each membership category is an INDIVIDUAL membership.  The individual's name whom the membership is in will receive the member benefits.  

CATEGORIES:

  • General Membership ($125) -  Self 

 

  • Municipality, Government, Authority, Non-Profit ($125) - For a representative of a:  Municipality, Government Agency, Authority or Non-Profit organization.

 

  • Small Business Representative, 99 employees or less ($185) 
    • Additional business representatives - ($125) per person

 

  • Large Business Representative, 100 or more employees ($385) 
    • Additional business representatives - ($125) per person

 

  • College Council, College or University Member ($325) - Includes membership for two representatives
    • Additional representative - ($65) per person

 

 

  • Student Membership ($45) - We encourage all students to register here if you do not belong to a College Council Member Institution (see link above to verify)

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION: 

When registering for one of our conferences, the individual whose name is on the membership will receive the benefits.  For an Exhibitor to receive the member-rate, the individual whose name is on the membership must be the one coming to the conference and will receive the complimentary registration.  

 

FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?:

If you forgot your password, you will need to email us at info@NYSAR3.org to have your password reset.  You will then be able to change it to something memorable for yourself.  

 

MEMBER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: 

Once you join, you will receive a welcome message from NYSAR3 to the email associated with the membership profile with further information and guidance about your membership.  In addition, you will be connected to a Committee Chair (if you indicated interest in a committee) and your interests will be acknowledged. Your benefits become active upon payment. Lastly, automatic renewal reminders will help keep you enrolled.    

 

PAYMENT:

Arrangements for membership payment by invoice is also available.  When paying by check, please make checks payable to NYSAR3 and mail to us at:  NYSAR3, 1971 Western Ave., #1180, Albany, NY 12203.  Include a note telling us what the check is for and include the member's name/s.  

 

PROFILE:

While completing the registration form, you will have an option to populate your profile by uploading your photo and a video in addition to selecting tags that will enhance the usage of the searchable member database.  Don't forget to select any committees you wish to be part of. 

 

TERM:

Memberships are active for one year and benefits apply to the individual whose name appears on the member profile.
